Senior IT Engineer (IAM) - BW Area - Up to €90,000 (d / m / w)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine solutions for authentication and access management, including multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and context-aware authorization mechanisms
- Develop and operate centralized identity and directory services, covering the full lifecycle of identities, including automated onboarding and deprovisioning processes
- Evaluate and implement technical standards, while assessing emerging identity and access management technologies through testing and validation activities
- Analyze complex identity and access management requirements and independently design suitable technical architectures and solution approaches
- Integrate applications and services into centralized identity frameworks, while assessing system interdependencies and the impact of architectural or configuration changes
- Investigate and resolve complex, cross-system issues, deriving sustainable improvements and optimization measures
Desired Skills and Experience
- Completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
- 5+ years as an IT Engineer with a focus in IAM
- Experience in authentication, identity management, directory services, etc.
- Exposure to defense or regulated environments
- Fluency in German & English is mandatory
- Candidates must be clear of any government, defense, or security-related employment restrictions
