Senior IT System Engineer - Network Security & Cloud (m/f/d)

They are a product-based company that specializes in innovative software solutions for document verification and integrates AI into its solutions . With 13 years of market presence , the company has grown to over 200 employees , of which about a quarter work in software development.

They are currently looking for a Senior IT System Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of their IT infrastructure , working closely with both the development and Cybersecurity teams. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong cloud and networking expertise to contribute to a dynamic and growing company at the forefront of AI-driven solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate IT systems and network components .
• Monitor and manage the IT infrastructure .
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
• Handle the reception , analysis , and resolution of incoming issues .
• Provide support for the cloud infrastructure .
• Assist with sub-projects in collaboration with IT management.
• Actively contribute to the Cybersecurity team .

Your Profile:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or have relevant professional experience in the IT field.
• Extensive experience in administering cloud environments (e.g., MS Azure ) and Microsoft operating systems (both server and client).
• Solid knowledge of networking and experience in configuring switches and firewalls (routing, VLAN, VPN).
• Familiarity with MS SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to continuously develop professionally.
