Senior Product Manager - BW Area - Up to €100,000 (d / m / w)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders on both technical and commercial matters relating to the product
• Oversee product management activities across the full lifecycle, considering technical feasibility, market dynamics, and economic viability
• Gather, consolidate, and align requirements from customer, user, and market perspectives, ensuring they are translated into actionable inputs
• Develop and refine product strategies, roadmaps, and associated business cases, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Define targets for new development initiatives and product enhancements, while also supporting and evaluating ongoing development efforts
• Contribute to production planning activities and coordinate demand forecasts in collaboration with operations and engineering teams
• Design early-stage product and project concepts, and provide support during tendering and proposal (bidding) processes
• Evaluate market needs through continuous analysis and monitoring, and translate insights into evolving product requirements
• Ensure the financial viability of product initiatives by tracking budgets and assessing economic feasibility throughout development and execution

Desired Skills and Experience

• Completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
• 5+ years in Product Management in the field of Electronics or Telecommunications, including knowledge of market requirements and product life cycles
• Creation of specifications, test documents, and system architectures
• Ideally, experience operating within a highly-regulated product domain
• Fluency in German & English is mandatory
• Candidates must be clear of any government, defense, or security-related employment restrictions
