You are a member of a cross-location development team that supports and further develops software for our internal and external customers . As a 2nd level supporter, you are the contact person for requirements regarding ongoing operations and problem reports . You analyse incoming problem reports , perform evaluations on databases and correct simple software errors independently . As a coordinator for daily operations, you coordinate with the specialist departments and your developer colleagues in the team. What we expect: Good knowledge of MS SQL and Microsoft .NET . Independent and careful working style. Communication skills and fluent German . Teamwork, willingness to perform and personal commitment.
