Your Role

As a System Administrator , you will:

1. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments .
2. Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
3. Work on virtualization, storage, and cloud solutions.
4. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve system efficiency.
5. Provide technical support and implement best practices.
6. (Bonus) Utilize your Linux knowledge for cross-platform integrations.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience as a System Administrator with a strong focus on Windows Servers .
2. Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and network security .
3. (Bonus) Exposure to Linux environments.
4. Understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solutions.
5. Fluency in English (German is a plus).
6. Passion for technology and sustainability.
