RF PCB Engineer – Ulm, Germany

We are currently seeking an experienced RF PCB Engineer to join a technically focused engineering team based in Ulm, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF and high-frequency PCB layouts for complex electronic systems.
• Translate electrical schematics and RF designs into production-ready PCB layouts.
• Optimise component placement and routing for high-frequency and RF applications.
• Apply best practices for signal integrity, impedance control and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
• Work closely with RF, hardware, FPGA and embedded engineering teams.
• Support the development and integration of RF components and electronic assemblies.
• Review PCB designs against electrical, mechanical and manufacturing requirements.
• Identify and resolve layout-related performance, signal integrity and EMC issues.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation and design verification.
• Work with manufacturing partners to resolve PCB fabrication and assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate PCB design documentation and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PCB design processes and engineering standards.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced RF PCB Engineer with strong commercial experience in RF/high-frequency PCB design and layout.

You should have a solid understanding of RF principles, signal integrity, impedance-controlled routing, EMC and high-frequency design techniques.

Experience working with professional PCB design tools and complex electronic systems would be highly advantageous.

Fluent German language skills are required.
