About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Executive Associate to our CEO to provide high-level analytical, operational and execution support. This is a demanding and high-trust role for someone with strong analytical ability, excellent judgement, exceptional written communication and outstanding follow-through. You will support the CEO in structuring business priorities, preparing decision materials, analysing performance and following up on key strategic and operational initiatives across the group. The role is based in Tartu and requires willingness to travel when needed. |
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in preparing, structuring and following up on key business priorities, decisions and projects
- Assess incoming topics, information and requests to determine what requires CEO attention and what should be delegated or handled elsewhere
- Prepare concise briefings, summaries, presentations, decision materials and follow-up notes for CEO review
- Analyse business performance, KPIs, forecasts, financial models and business cases to support management decisions
- Support business planning, strategic projects, investment cases, operational reviews and growth initiatives
- Coordinate selected cross-functional projects and ensure clear ownership, deadlines and follow-through
- Draft professional internal and external communication, management documents and executive-level presentations
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other LLMs to improve research, drafting, analysis, workflow efficiency and information structuring
- Handle highly confidential business, shareholder, M&A, supplier, compensation and employee-related information with absolute discretion
Qualifications
- Master’s degree is required
- Comprehensive university degree, ideally in economics, business, finance, engineering, mathematics, computer science, law or another analytically demanding field.
Strong academic results - Ideally 4 to 8 years of experience in a demanding analytical and execution-focused environment
- Relevant background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity portfolio work, CEO or Founder Office, corporate strategy, business operations or a high-growth scale-up environment
- Strong quantitative ability and ability to work independently with business, financial and operational information
- Near-native professional written and spoken English
- Advanced practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or other LLMs in a work context

- You have very strong ownership and follow-through, and you make sure important topics do not lose momentum
- You are structured, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities and sensitive information
- You are an advanced practical AI user and can build workflows around ChatGPT or other LLMs while verifying sources and understanding AI limitations
- You are discreet, mature and reliable when handling confidential information
