About osapiens

osapiens is one of the few real European SaaS stories: 2,500 customers, backed by BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Armira, AI-native operating model, and the platform of choice for sustainability, supply-chain transparency, and product compliance across Europe. We are headquartered in Mannheim with primary working hubs in Munich, Madrid, and Mannheim.

Why this role exists

osapiens operates in a fast-paced, increasingly competitive environment, and our customers appreciate how quickly we respond to the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Our product suite is growing almost as fast, to match the expectations of the market and our customers. Our customers buy a SaaS solution and want to use it autonomously, across thousands of business partners in their supply chain, within a few weeks of signing. That requires flawless enablement: excellent, well-coordinated materials such as eLearning modules, in-app guidance and strategic slide decks for the colleagues who onboard and manage our customers. Automation, monitoring success and measuring impact are key.

All formats and tools need to be scalable, user-friendly and smartly positioned against each other, and they must convey customer value at every step. Scalable means automation: each asset has a purpose, a target user group and a clear enablement objective.

Our Solution Excellence team was created out of an urgent need for true solution experts: people who know the product inside out, understand how it helps our customers in their sustainability efforts and are informed about the requirements it addresses. The role sits at the intersection of the Customer Onboarding, Customer Success and Product teams, which makes it an exciting one.

What you will own:

Own the subject matter for your solution area. Define the best-practice configuration and the standard approach per use case, and act as the quality gate for onboarding packages and templates before they reach customers. Make sure the documentation for your area is complete, current and written around customer value, against the shared template.

Build the digital customer journey. Create and maintain the materials that take customers from signature to a completed onboarding: eLearning, guides, in-app tips, short videos, webinars and templates for onboarders. Work digital-first, choose the right channel and format for each step, and measure whether your content is used and whether it makes onboarding faster and smoother.

Enable the teams. Equip Delivery and Customer Success to use what you build in your area, through training, knowledge transfer and a regular feedback loop with onboarders and CSMs.

Represent the field towards Product Management. Bundle and cluster feedback and improvement ideas from onboarders and CSMs, prioritise them with an argument behind them, and test new functionality before release. Position yourself as a recognised partner for both the Product team and the Delivery team.

Be a visible expert for osapiens. Contribute to webinars and customer events and, over time, represent osapiens as a recognised expert at external events.

What you bring:

  • - Several years in procurement and supplier management transformation – from consulting, from industry, or from the software side. You have analysed procurement and supplier processes, quantified where cost and risk actually sit, and designed a target process rather than only documenting the current one.
  • - Real depth in supplier risk and resilience: supplier onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, corrective actions – and what makes each of them fail in practice.
  • - Regulatory understanding of what drives this in Europe (LkSG, CSDDD) and how it translates into day-to-day supplier management.
  • - Comfort with supplier and ERP data: master data, hierarchies, interfaces. No coding required, but you should not need someone to explain a data model to you.
  • - The ability to make complex things short. Experience with video, webinars or digital training formats is a plus – the instinct to build content instead of repeating yourself is the requirement.
  • - A structured, data-driven way of working: you keep content current as products and regulations change, and you check whether it actually works.
  • - A structured working relationship with Product Management: you can justify a priority instead of forwarding a wish.
  • - Fluent business English. German or Spanish is a strong plus.

Minimal travel: below 10 %; the work happens largely remote and hybrid.

Customer contact is limited and mostly happens through scalable formats. The role is not for you if you thrive best in frequent direct customer exposure and lose motivation when your work is more conceptual and cross-business-unit. Trust us, you will not be sitting lonely behind your desk: the role is highly interactive internally and calls for a diplomatic, resilient, curious person who can bring several teams along.
