Your Experience

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and Project Management, preferably within the supply chain or logistics area.
• Functional Skills : Knowledge of maintenance, field service, or last-mile distribution; knowledge of SAP products is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Experience with the latest technologies, best practices, and system integration is a plus.
• Language Skills : C2 level proficiency in German and strong English skills are required.
• Soft Skills : Excellent presentation and communication skills, an open mindset, a passion for working with people, and a positive attitude.

Your Mission

This Senior IT Consultant role sits within our Operations Efficiency team. In this part of the business, our solutions are built to innovate and optimise the efficiency of a company’s day-to-day operations. This has three components:

• Distribution : Optimise logistics processes, strengthen customer relationships and sales opportunities and reduce a companies environmental impact with our one-stop solution for last-mile distribution.
• Maintenance : Give a companies maintenance, asset and reliability team the tools and information they need to operate digital efficiently, increase asset availability, improve overall equipment effectiveness and TPM while reducing costs.
• Service : All-in-one service management software to maximise resource efficiency, improve first time fix rates, net promotor scores, reduce energy, waste and emissions with 360 Field Service Excellence.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Consultant at osapiens you will play a critical role in implementing our innovative solutions at our customers‘ sites in the area of maintenance and field service operations. This position demands a combination of functional, technical, and consulting expertise; SAP integration experience is a plus. You will be involved from the initial requirements gathering and implementation to post-implementation support, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Project Management : Efficiently manage IT projects regarding time, resources, and quality, reporting to Management and the Steering Committee in line with our IT Project Management Policies.
• Business Analysis : Provide expert functional and technical advice on the optimal use of osapiens solutions, and define business requirements with the goal of optimally mapping business processes with our standard solution, documenting it in a business blueprint.
• Implementation : Break down the project scope into work items based on the business blueprint, configure the system accordingly, and coordinate any developments with the team.
• Testing Coordination : Coordinate test cycles with our customers throughout the project lifecycle, including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Go Live : Prepare go-live and cut-over activities with the customer, support the go-live process, and orchestrate the hypercare period afterwards.
• International and Local Projects : Manage both international and local projects with a focus on SAP and non-SAP environments.
