The Role:

• Engage with senior executives and business leaders across international markets.
• Identify, engage, and assess senior professionals and executives
• Conduct high-quality interviews and candidate assessments
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Support international search projects alongside experienced consultants
• Produce market intelligence and industry insights
• Maintain accurate information within our CRM platform
• We offer multiple long-term career paths, including Executive Search, Strategic Client Management, Business Development, and People Leadership.

Ideal Profile:

• Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) or possess equivalent professional experience
• Professional fluency in English, as well as German or another European language
• Enjoy building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people
• Are ambitious, curious, and motivated to learn
• Thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment
• Are highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Are willing to work regularly (3-4 days/week) from our Düsseldorf office
