The opportunity
As a First Officer, you will operate as part of a professional two-crew flight deck, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer service. You’ll work within robust EASA and company procedures, contributing to a culture of safety, efficiency, and continual improvement.
What you’ll do
- Operate flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and established safety management practices.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings; manage in-flight navigation, communication, and systems monitoring.
- Support the Captain in decision‑making, workload management, and threat and error management to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Collaborate closely with cabin and ground teams to deliver an excellent and punctual operation.
- Complete post‑flight duties, accurate documentation, and debriefs; provide input for continuous improvement.
- Maintain proficiency through recurrent training, checks, and participation in safety and standards initiatives.
What you bring
- Valid EASA ATPL(A) or CPL/IR with ATPL credit (frozen ATPL).
- Current Class 1 Medical.
- MCC course completed; ICAO English Level 4+ (Level 5/6 preferred).
- Right to live and work in Germany or the EU/ECAA.
- Clean criminal record and ability to obtain required airport/security clearances.
- Strong CRM skills, situational awareness, and a disciplined, safety‑first mindset.
- German language skills are an advantage; a positive, collaborative attitude is essential.
- Type rating on company-operated aircraft is an advantage; training may be provided subject to operational needs.
