In our Business Unit Insurance, we develop solutions across the entire value chain of the insurance industry, focusing on digitalization, regulation, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Supporting project managers and taking responsibility for and executing assigned tasks in industry-specific insurance projects
Preparing client meetings, proposal documents, presentations, and conducting research, analysis, and data preparation on current topics
Assisting in the development of strategies and concepts and their operational implementation
Identifying and evaluating technological developments and their relevance
Engaging in internal topics like marketing, recruiting, HR development, or compliance

Qualifications

Successfully completed Master\’s degree in Economics, Insurance, Banking, or Finance, or a certified insurance specialist (e.g., Versicherungsfachwirt)
Some practical experience in consulting, project management, insurance environment, or similar fields
Willingness to travel
Excellent German and English language skills
