In our Transformation Advisory Cross Unit, we work on projects that help companies transform their business models and gain competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and take responsibility for your own tasks in projects, focusing on consulting on processes and requirements related to S/4HANA or similar transformation projects.
• Prepare client meetings, proposal documents, and presentations, and conduct research and analysis on current topics.
• Assist leading corporate clients in implementing technical requirements into IT systems.
• Contribute to future topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), BI & Analytics, Software Development, and Transformation Management.
• Engage in internal topics like marketing, recruiting, personnel development, and compliance.

Required Skills

• Successfully completed master\’s degree in Business, Law, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent German and English skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• SAP Activate knowledge.
• Internships in industry, financial institutions, insurance, or energy & mobility sectors.
• Internships in project work, ERP consulting, or IT implementation (SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics).
