Role Overview

In our Transformation Advisory unit, you will work on projects helping companies transform their business models and gain competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Assist project leaders and take responsibility for your own tasks, focusing on consulting related to S/4HANA transformations or similar projects.
• Prepare client meetings, proposals, presentations, and conduct research and analysis on current topics.
• Participate in financial transformation projects, including accounting standards like HGB and IFRS, and internal management adjustments.
• Contribute to projects in AI, BI & Analytics, software development, and transformation management.
• Support the identification of new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Engage in internal initiatives such as marketing, recruiting, HR development, and compliance.

Required Skills

• Master\’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Initial experience in ERP consulting or IT implementation (SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) and project work.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate.
• Experience in industries like manufacturing, financial services, insurance, or energy & mobility.
• Experience with AI, BI & Analytics, software development, or transformation management.
