Global Process & Product Manager - Digital Governance

You will drive the evolution of ARGOS, PUMA's central platform supporting the end-to-end business partner lifecycle, from onboarding and due diligence to contracting and ongoing governance processes.

ARGOS serves as the central gateway for business partner onboarding and contract management across PUMA's global organization. Employees worldwide use ARGOS to initiate and manage business-critical processes while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.

ARGOS combines business partner onboarding, governance controls and contract lifecycle management in one integrated platform. It helps PUMA reduce risk, increase efficiency, improve transparency and simplify how employees interact with governance processes.

Working closely with global stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, you will translate governance requirements into scalable business processes and digital solutions that support PUMA's global operations.

YOUR MISSION

  • Drive the evolution of ARGOS and continuously improve business partner governance and contract management processes across PUMA.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance to understand business needs, governance requirements and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable governance concepts, business processes and digital capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, increase automation and improve user experience while maintaining governance standards.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, operational efficiency and user adoption.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Lead global rollouts, change management and adoption activities.
  • Monitor solution performance, user feedback and process KPIs to continuously improve business outcomes.
  • Prepare analyses, recommendations and decision-making materials for project stakeholders and management.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, process improvement, product management, business analysis or a related field.
  • You have successfully completed your first professional career step and are looking for an opportunity to take ownership of global processes and digital solutions.
  • Strong interest in business process design, user experience and organizational change.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to structure complex topics and communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience working in international and matrix-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, business partner onboarding, contract management or finance-related processes is beneficial.
  • Experience with applications such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms is advantageous.
