Online Marketing Specialist – Website & Content (m|w|d)

Your Responsibilities

• You manage, plan and continuously develop our website and its content. Working with subject-matter experts and external service providers, you make complex technical topics accessible and engaging for the relevant audiences and suitable for the web
• You independently edit and publish content in our TYPO3 CMS, including news, technical articles, product and service pages, landing pages and careers content
• You research relevant topics, trends and search intent, and use your findings to identify appropriate content initiatives
• You optimise content for SEO and GEO, analyse website and content performance, report on relevant metrics and recommend specific improvements
• You ensure consistent brand messaging, terminology and tone of voice across all areas of the website
• You coordinate translations and multilingual content with our international subsidiaries and contacts, as well as approval processes involving internal stakeholders and external agencies
• You review content for language, accuracy, currency, links, presentation, usability and accessibility

Your Profile

• You have a university degree or vocational qualification in communications, marketing, online publishing or a comparable field
• You have professional experience in content management, online publishing, corporate communications or digital marketing
• You have experience creating, editing and tailoring website content to different audiences, and are confident using TYPO3
• You have a good knowledge of SEO and GEO, understand digital user journeys and ideally have experience with web analytics and reporting tools such as GA4
• You understand how editorial content, CMS, websites and technical infrastructure work together, and can confidently coordinate requirements and potential issues with IT, development teams and external service providers
• You have excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English, as well as a strong feel for language, tone of voice and target audiences
• You enjoy getting to grips with technical topics
• You work in a structured, thorough and independent way, and coordinate different stakeholders reliably and effectively
