Want to see how HR works day to day while you’re still studying, and make a real difference? Then join our HR team. From day one, you’ll be part of the action, contribute your own ideas and be seen as a full member of the team, not just an extra pair of hands.
What you’ll do:
- Support day-to-day operations alongside our HR Business Partners
- Recruiting from start to finish: job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Administrative HR tasks
- Help shape our people development activities, ideally with your own ideas
- Research learning and development topics
- Support onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
What you bring:
- Studies in business administration, psychology or a comparable field with a focus on HR
- Initial HR experience is a plus
- Solid MS Office skills and an enthusiasm for digital tools
- Quick to learn, with a structured and precise way of working
- A calm head, even on busy days
- Excellent German and at least good English skills, both written and spoken
