Senior Technical Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Water Treatment - Filtralite

As our Filtralite® Senior Technical Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Water Treatment Business Unit and strengthening Filtralite®'s position in the global water filtration market. You will combine technical expertise, customer focus, and business development skills to support customers, sales teams, and strategic partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Drive the growth of Filtralite® by combining technical expertise, customer support, and business development.
• Advise customers and support sales teams with water filtration solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strategic partnerships and represent LECA International in the water treatment industry.
• Lead development projects, technical training, and customer-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver innovative and sustainable water treatment solutions.

Is this job for you?

We are looking exactly for you, if you have:

• A degree in Water/Environmental Engineering and 5+ years of experience in water treatment and filtration.
• Strong expertise in water filtration technologies, technical customer support, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset with strong networking abilities.
• Commercial awareness and experience with MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Fluent English skills, ideally complemented by Spanish or French.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
