- What you’ll do
- Data-Driven Product Improvement: Analyze usage patterns, performance bottlenecks, and feature adoption to guide product roadmaps and engineering priorities.
- Customer Insights: Develop models and dashboards that surface actionable insights for customers, enabling them to maximize the value of our platform.
- Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics: Build and deploy ML models to forecast usage trends, detect anomalies, and recommend optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering to instrument data collection, and with product teams to translate insights into features.
- Scalable Data Solutions: Design and implement robust pipelines, ETL processes, and data architectures to support real-time analytics.
What you bring
- University degree in computer science, physics, mathematics or related areas
- Analytical skills, ability to work on complex problems and to do the conceptual work
- Good programming skills
- Strong background in statistical analysis
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP HANA is preferable
- Strong team player
- Fluent in German and English
