What You’ll Do
As a Senior Developer at Delos Cloud, you help shape the technical foundation for sovereign cloud operations in Germany. In an interdisciplinary team you develop tools and services that make our operations more efficient, secure, and future‑ready, and you build solutions that are directly used by our internal teams.
- Develop and enhance internal tools and services to support day‑to‑day cloud operations
- Identify optimization potential and implement technical solutions to increase efficiency
- Automate recurring operational processes (e.g., deployment, monitoring, user management)
- Build and expand self‑service tools for internal teams
- Integrate existing systems and interfaces (e.g., APIs between internal platforms and services)
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of developed solutions
- Participate in architecture decisions for internal platform services
- Document developed solutions and share knowledge within the team
- Collaborate closely with system administrators and IT specialists to implement requirements
- Take responsibility for smaller projects within the scope of tool and service development
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in software development, ideally in internal systems, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C) and common web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Vue.js
- Experience developing technical tools, APIs, and automation solutions
- Solid understanding of modern architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud‑native, event‑driven systems)
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure
- Experience working in agile teams, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Structured and solution‑oriented approach to work with a passion for taking initiative
- Excellent command of German and English
