About the Role:

As the Presales Partner and Innovations Manager , you will drive the development and management of our partner-led innovation portfolio, with a strong focus on showcasing cutting-edge solutions built on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Collaborating with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integration partners, and internal and external stakeholders, you will design, demonstrate, and deliver impactful use cases that enable business transformation in a secure cloud environment.

This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to engage with customers and partners effectively, translating complex solutions into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Hub Leadership

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of our virtual innovation hub, ensuring it serves as a leading center for partner-driven cloud innovations.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to showcase ISV solutions and accelerate innovation efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning contributions from partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Use Case Development & Demonstrations

  • Collaborate with ISVs to conceptualize, develop, and refine use cases that highlight the value of Azure-based solutions.
  • Lead engaging live demonstrations for internal teams, prospective customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear and actionable business value propositions.

Partner Collaboration & Solution Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISVs to drive joint innovation and seamless integration of their solutions.
  • Partner with vendors to optimize their offerings for the Azure platform and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • Ensure partner solutions are rigorously tested, well-maintained, and compliant with security and performance standards.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance for teams managing the innovation hub’s Azure-based infrastructure.
  • Work closely with architects and security experts to meet performance and compliance standards in cleared environments.
  • Stay informed on emerging cloud technologies and integrate innovative features into partner solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, senior leadership, and ISV partners on presales innovation initiatives.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from demonstrations and use cases to improve the relevance and impact of showcased solutions.
  • Regularly report on key metrics, achievements, and partner engagement outcomes to senior management.

Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate teams and customers on ISV solutions and Azure integration.
  • Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth in cloud technology and partner collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with a focus on partner ecosystems or ISVs.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Fluency in German & English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with ISVs and driving joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, SDKs, and agile co-development processes.
  • Relevant certifications in Azure or related technologies.
