What you’ll do:

As a Product Manager for Industry AI in Consumer Industries, you will define and drive new AI use cases in partnership with our customers across Retail, Consumer Products, and Wholesale Distribution. You will translate market needs and customer pain points into clear product priorities, partnering closely with engineering, design and data science to deliver intuitive, scalable and AI-powered capabilities. You will work directly with teams across SAP – Industry Business Unit, Customer Industry Solutions, Sales and Pre-Sales - to support AI use case development, scoping workshops, design and feasibility assessments, and other project work to turn use case ideas into functioning assistants and agents. You will guide the process to align these project deliverables with the longer term roadmap, validate concepts through rapid experimentation, and ensure the products and projects deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong product judgment, good communication and customer facing skills, comfort with complex commercial domains and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.

What you bring:

You bring strong product leadership, clear communication, and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity. You are comfortable shaping new products from the ground up and collaborating across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS or data-driven products
• Deep understanding of retail and/or consumer products business processes such as merchandising, trade promotion planning, supply chain, store execution, retail execution, order to cash
• Proven experience taking products from discovery to launch
• Experience leading customer workshops, design workshops, and presenting recommendations
• Ability to define and communication product and project priorities across a diverse team
• Strong GTM partnership skills, aligning product strategy with sales and customer success

You will join a global product team of 5 - 10 individuals turning retail and consumer products use cases into AI driven capabilities ready to scale across the market. We work across engineering, services, design and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, AI-driven commercial solutions.
