What you`ll do

  • Support the operations of Privileged Access Management (PAM) landscapes that secure critical SAP business systems. Adhere to existing operating processes and, if necessary, make and implement suggestions for improvements around automation.
  • Lead in the space of automation of daily tasks through software to reduce manual efforts as well as keeping all associated software components up to date with the latest versions to reduce security vulnerabilities.
  • With your strong background in handling sensitive data or security relevant data, act as trusted advisor cross-technology for the entire team around Infrastructure and Server Management, Network, and Data Center.
  • Hands-on is required; we expect that you can walk the talk. That means, when you suggest an improvement, you are in charge to implement it yourself. Your technical background for this is paramount.
  • Lead and drive initiatives based on new or trending technologies to help assess if those are beneficial and should be implemented. Furthermore, lead and drive the implementation thereof.

What you bring

  • Successfully completed university degree in IT space
  • 15+ years professional working experience in IT
  • Linux, Containerization, Network and Data Center skills required
  • Auditing, Optimization of IT processes, Demand & Requirement Analysis, excellent collaboration with other units and Project Management skills desired
  • Experience with on-call shifts (5-7 weeks per year)
  • Completed security certifications (e.g. Google)
  • Fluent German written and spoken, English language skills very beneficial
  • Leadership, curiosity, reliability, and self-organization qualities
