About the team:

We are an interdisciplinary team dedicated to working on topics related to Generative AI. Our mission is to enhance the experience of SAP end-users and to anticipate potential trends and scenarios for GenAI technology. Our team fosters an open and participatory culture, encouraging collaboration among all team members. To support this mission, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic communications student to join our BTP AI team. In this role, you will work with development teams, engagement leads, and researchers on different projects related to Generative AI.

What you’ll do:

Position title: Communications Student in BTP AI team (f/m/d)
Work Area: Software-User Experience
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: Start immediately

In this role, you’ll:

• Create convincing communication assets in various forms
• Support the distribution of our deliverables internally in various newsletters and information sessions
• Support communication activities of special events such as learning weeks
• Help to develop a content plan and communication strategies
• Collaborate closely with the team and other communication colleagues
• Maintain and expand the team page

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, Design, or any related fields
• Hands-on attitude and proactive team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong visual storytelling skills and open for fresh ideas and new design trends
• Curious to learn innovative technologies and flexible to adapt to a variety of tasks
• Excellent English and German language skills – written and verbal
• Profound skills in Microsoft PowerPoint. Other design tools (e. g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to learning quickly and thoroughly

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate’s participation in the program.
