User Experience Design Expert (f/m/d) UX Design Hub Lead - SAP S/4HANA Cloud / Finance

What you’ll do

As a Design Hub Lead in S/4HANA Cloud Finance, you are heading a growing, international team of application designers. Being part of the central design organization of S/4HANA, you are the visible spearhead of user experience for PM and Engineering.

Expectations and Tasks

1. You are a strong interaction designer with empathy for the end user.
2. You lead the application design work in S/4HANA Finance and guide designers of your area.
3. You align with area design leads and design hub leads in Finance and other business areas to ensure overall S/4HANA user experience consistency.
4. You build strong relationships with PM and Engineering in your area.
5. You contribute to the product strategy of your product area in partnership with Product management.
6. You strive for design discovery projects together with design colleagues, product management, and engineering.
7. You maintain an overview of UX activities in your area.

What you bring

1. Degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or comparable fields is required.
2. 6+ years of experience in Interaction Design.
3. A proven track record of successful design projects where UX worked closely with PM and engineering.
4. Experience in designing business applications in the area of Finance is a must.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
7. Must be a solid team player in international teams.
