What you´ll build Work closely with the Product Excellence team to support cross-product initiatives and day-to-day product management activitiesHelp coordinate and run programs and processes with relevant stakeholders, and assist in collecting results and insightsSupport onboarding and upskilling activities for the Product Management Group (e.g., documentation, sessions, materials)Assist the team in improving efficiency of initiatives and contribute to special projects as neededSupport stakeholders in ongoing Beta programs, customer feedback collection, and Design Partner initiativesHelp coordinate cross-functional teams and track actions to ensure timely delivery of outcomes What you bring At least 1 year\‘ experience with data and products in a SaaS companyBachelor\’s degree in a quantitative subject (computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, …) or marketing/business managementExcellent English communication skillsPrior experience in stakeholder coordinationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsVery good knowledge of MS Office Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a teamAbility to deliver with tight deadlinesExcellent follow-up skills Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent presentation skills (must have)Ability to identify and leverage any opportunity of improvement using AI & AutomationOnce a day in the Berlin office is recommended and/or whenever the presence is required A plus: Experience working in a product team You can also perform quantitative analysis on complex data sets On-site/Remote/Hybrid: Remote/Hybrid (Location: Berlin preferred) Where you belong Product Excellence: Product Excellence is a team under the SAP Signavio functional unit where we enable product teams to build exceptional products that delight users and achieve business goals by championing a customer-centric and data-driven approach to product management. These include Business Analytics, which provides data-driven insights to support informed decision-making; Practices and Programs Management, which establishes governance, drives execution discipline, and ensures alignment across initiatives; and Curation of Best Practices, focused on defining, standardizing, and continuously improving processes to enable smooth project execution across cross-functional teams. In addition, the team focuses on Voice of Customer initiatives to systematically capture, analyze, and embed customer feedback into product strategy and delivery. We also manage onboarding and upskilling programs to accelerate new team members\‘ productivity and continuously enhance the capabilities of existing talent. Finally, the team emphasizes the optimal utilization of available tools, frameworks, and resources to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and enable product teams to focus on delivering maximum value.
