Overview
As an Architecture Advisor for Swiss insurance, you guide customers through digital and AI-enabled transformation by shaping a shared SAP Autonomous Enterprise vision and defining target architectures and roadmaps. You bridge business strategy with solutions, leveraging SAP capabilities and responsible AI practices. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, partners, and executives to drive measurable architectural value and adoption. This role blends industry insight with strategic execution to transform insurance processes at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead customer engagements in the Swiss insurance market from discovery to adoption
- Define future-state capabilities, target architecture, and AI adoption roadmap
- Position SAP Business AI platform and AI use cases with quantified business value and deployment plans
- Map SAP capabilities to insurance needs across P&C, life, health, and reinsurance; articulate value of RISE and GROW with SAP
- Embed Responsible AI governance, auditability, and safety controls in AI architectures considering regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain a strong SAP insurance community network and co-develop go-to-market activities
- Contribute to demand generation as Industry Lead by challenging customers with innovative ideas and cross-sell opportunities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor-level education or equivalent
- Excellent German and English communication skills; French and Swiss German are assets
- In-depth knowledge of SAP solution suite with insurance background
- TA-based enterprise architecture knowledge with TOGAF and LeanIX familiarity
- Proven experience delivering enterprise architecture outcomes for customers
- Experience with executive stakeholder engagement and agile delivery
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple engagements under pressure and in multicultural environments
- Strong business acumen and AI value-selling capability
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture, presales, consulting, or business development
