Overview
In this role you lead a global HR Systems team responsible for critical HR platforms and compliance. You drive governance, delivery excellence and continuous improvement across SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors components. You will align global HR technology with the enterprise strategy, manage complex transformations and ensure secure, compliant HR systems. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide strategic leadership for a global HR Systems organization and foster a high-performing, accountable team.
- Own governance and evolution of payroll and time-management solutions, focusing on SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Time Management, and SAP/SuccessFactors integration.
- Ensure resilience and compliance for German payroll requirements (KUG, work schedules, B2A, BAV).
- Direct timely and compliant implementation of legislative, regulatory and audit requirements worldwide.
- Establish enterprise-grade governance for SAP transports, releases, test management, data protection, anonymization, and test-data management.
- Govern and advance SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning, HR EasyAudit, Centric PLK/PLX and related HR tech solutions.
- Lead or support HR transformation, outsourcing and digitalization initiatives in line with the global HR digitalization strategy and global standards.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, external service providers and stakeholders to ensure service excellence, risk management, audits and continuous improvement.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Academic degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable field with substantial international experience
- Extensive expertise in SAP HCM payroll, HR systems, time management and HR technology with a track record in critical, regulated processes
- Knowledge of German payroll legislation and configuration (KUG, B2A, BAV, work-schedule management)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning or equivalent HR platforms
- Strong HR systems governance skills including SAP transport/release management, test governance, legal-change implementation, SAP ILM and data protection
- Proven experience leading international teams and delivering complex transformation, outsourcing and service-provider initiatives
