Staff Solutions Engineer (Managed Security Service Provider) in Berlin

• As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you will be tasked with driving adoption, building strong partner relationships, and evangelizing our solutions across the region
• You will focus on enabling the MSSP ecosystem, positioning and integrating SentinelOne’s technology within partner technical offerings, selling to the managed partner base, conducting demos, delivering technical training, Proof of Values, assisting partners with pre and post sales activities, and assisting with escalations
• Your role will be responsible for managing our MSSP partners, while cultivating long-term relationships with partners, and the SentinelOne field and Product/Engineering teams
• Work with the Managed partner team to identify and qualify partnership opportunities, identify key partner technical objections, competition, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers and scale the partner sales business
• Bring feedback from partners and end customers to product management to improve the SentinelOne’s solution
• Drive follow-ups with partner resources to consistently deliver on messaging how SentinelOne adds value to the partner and their customers
• Plan and create go-to-market initiatives and offerings with SentinelOne partners
• Develop and execute technical training plans for partners
• Own the technical relationship with SentinelOne’s partners, and the coordination of additional technical resources
• Deliver demonstrations and work hands-on with partners to demonstrate SentinelOne’s value in the partner’s environment or solutions

Strong track record operating at the CTO/VP Engineering level with partners or customers, translating technical roadmaps into commercial outcomesTechnical experience/skills for the successful candidate:Familiarity with modern cloud environments, e.g. containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architecturesStrong background building relationships with internal sales, product, and executive leadership teamsProven track record of scaling managed partner technical programs at a strategic level, including mentoring other SEsProven experience designing and delivering multi-phase technical architecture roadmaps for enterprise, MSSP, or MSP environments, including SKU sequencing and margin/commercial modelingA strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security and endpoint security solutions is ideal for success in this role or similar in tech/software industryExperience in and understanding of cloud deployments, especially as relates to security and complianceFluent German and English languageAbility to quickly learn, adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutionsExperience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
