Location: Berlin (2 days min in the office)
Part-time (3 days a week)
Start: November/December
Why we are looking for you
We're hiring a Production & Supply Chain Manager to get our first products made: a functional drink in cans and electrolyte tablets, produced with partners across Germany and Europe.
We are a new culture-first company in the beverage space with ambitions to grow from a strong subcultural foundation into a global brand. Product direction, formulas and design are led at founder level. This role is about turning them into produced, packed and delivered goods, on time and at the right cost.
What you can expect
You will run the operational side of our supply chain: producers, suppliers, packaging, logistics. You keep every open question moving, you know why each number matters, and you make sure nothing waits for us.
- Running the day-to-day with our producers (tablet manufacturer, drink filler): quotes, specs, samples, timelines, line trials
- Owning packaging sourcing: cans, sachet foil, pouches, boxes. Print specs, samples, MOQ and price tables, artwork handover to producers
- Managing raw material suppliers and samples: specs, certificates of analysis, sample orders, price and MOQ tracking
- Setting up logistics and fulfilment: 3PL selection, inbound and outbound flows, customs for samples
- Feeding the numbers: keeping the cost model and production timeline current, preparing decisions for the founders, executing them once taken
- Working closely with the COO, our design lead and external advisors
What you should bring
- 3+ years coordinating suppliers or producers for physical products, ideally food, beverage, supplements or packaging
- You answer suppliers the same day and clear open questions before the team spends time on them
- You own the next step even when you don't know the answer yet, and you get what you need from the team or the supplier
- You understand why a price, a minimum order quantity or a lead time matters for cost and launch date
- You pick up the phone when email goes quiet
- You're comfortable with numbers: quotes, MOQs, unit cost tables
- German fluent (most of our producers are in Germany), English is our team language
- You're based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- You have a connection with club culture
- You're aware of your privilege and familiar with intersectional feminism
- Bonus: experience with co-packers or fillers, food law basics, packaging and print processes, 3PL and Shopify, quality basics (specs, CoA, shelf life)
What we offer
- Freedom & flexibility: hybrid remote set-up, flexible hours.
- Value-driven, small passionate team, who truly cares while not taking itself too seriously.
- No toxic tech start-up vibes, we’re advocates of bringing your whole self to work. We celebrate weirdness, kindness and humour.
- Fab office space in Kreuzberg.
