Your responsibilities
- 2nd level support for our EMEA region for our Work Area Manager (WAM) solution in a medical laboratory environment
- Collaboration with our IT Product Management in the role as technical IT Product Manager
- Work on support documentation and technical training
- Creation of computer images for mass role out
- Support and maintain the McAfee Application control software
- Performing trainings for our 1st level support within our Sysmex Academy
- Hardening of computer images
Your profile
- An IT technical education or degree and experience in a medical laboratory environment or a medical laboratory technical education with experience in the IT environment
- Several years familiarity with the processes and workflow in a medical laboratory
- Several years familiarity with common communication protocols, such as ASTM E1394, ASTM E1381 and HL7
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server and IIS
- A sound basic knowledge and experience in using PowerShell for administrative purposes would be beneficial
- High resilience in troubleshooting under time pressure
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Good communication skills and a high level of social competence
