Site Facility Manager

DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Site Facility Manager to take ownership of integrated facility management at our Lachen production site.In this role, you will ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our infrastructure while supporting uninterrupted business operations and future growth.You will act as a key partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving operational excellence, compliance, and innovation across all facility-related activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate integrated facility management across production, logistics, and office areasEnsure high standards in safety, security, sustainability, and cost effectivenessMaintain facilities at a state-of-the-art level to support business continuityOversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.Manage operations including:Coordinate construction, renovation, and infrastructure projectsManage external service providers, including contracting, SLAs, and performance trackingCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Production, Procurement, Finance)Act as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and external partnersLead CAPEX and facility-related investment projectsDrive innovation and implement future-ready, cost-efficient solutionsEnsure compliance with GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO, SOX and other regulatory requirementsSupport crisis management and risk mitigationManage and control facility and utility budgetsManage operations including:Coordinate construction, renovation, and infrastructure projectsManage external service providers, including contracting, SLAs, and performance trackingCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Production, Procurement, Finance)Act as key contact for authorities, insurance providers, and external partnersLead CAPEX and facility-related investment projectsDrive innovation and implement future-ready, cost-efficient solutionsEnsure compliance with GMP, ATEX, ISO 14001, AEO, SOX and other regulatory requirementsSupport crisis management and risk mitigationManage and control facility and utility budgetsYour ProfileEngineering degree (BSc or higher)5+ years in facility management within production environmentsStrong knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, and complianceExperience in project and vendor managementFluent in German & EnglishAnalytical, hands-on, and solution-orientedAre you interested?
