Employee Coordination-Design 3D in Ingolstadt

We are looking for an Employee Coordination/Design 3D (m/f/d) to join our client's team in Gaimersheim, Germany.

Requirements:

• Supervising/Coordinating: Oversee the development of components, modules, and complex systems, including extensive assemblies with multiple functions, connections, and interfaces. This includes coordinating associated tests and integrating new technologies.

• Specialist Contact: Serve as an internal and external point of contact within your area of expertise.

• Internal Collaboration: Participate in internal working groups and contribute to internal publications (e.g., specifications). Present these documents internally as needed.

• Training: Identify general training needs within your specialist area and plan/lead internal and external training sessions on complex topics, both domestically and internationally.

• Process Improvement: Support the definition and optimization of internal standards and processes within your expertise (e.g., developing new functional specifications).

• Trend Analysis: Observe and identify trends in your field to develop concepts and suggest actionable recommendations (e.g., testing/implementing new technologies).

• Conceptual Work: Engage in primarily conceptual activities within your specialist area.

• Development Goals: Coordinate and specify measures and proposals to achieve development objectives.

• Design Assessment: Evaluate design drafts and drawings. Coordinate and assess design solutions (internal/external).

• Technical Requirements: Define, coordinate, and modify technical requirements for components, modules, and systems as needed (e.g., regarding function, installation, costs, weight).

• Progress Monitoring: Check and evaluate development progress, initiating corrective measures if necessary. Coordinate testing activities.

Must Haves:

• Experience in wiring harness coordination and/or design.

Language proficiency:

• English

• German (at least B2 level)

Nice to Haves:

• High voltage experience
