Job title:
As a Field Service Technician, you support the technical needs of Philips customers, providing maintenance and installation to HealthTech products & services, maximizing customer satisfaction by seeking opportunities to support our customers further and deliver value.
Your role:
- Working on customer sites for installation/assembly of our MRI modality, corrective maintenance, and quality checks.
- Ensuring the corrective maintenance on our device.
- Training users on equipment operation and upgrades.
- Ensuring the transmission of information related to your interventions.
- Collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs.

- Technical or electronic training background (mechanical engineer, electromechanical technician, electrical technician, electronics technician).
- In-depth knowledge of computer and digital technology.
- Strong affinity for the diverse field of medical technology.
- Independent, flexible, team-oriented, and professional work approach.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
