- ... ensure compliance with DSG/DSV and continuously develop our data protection processes.
- ... maintain the directory of processing activities and support data protection impact assessments.
- ... accompany new projects, systems, and processes as well as the use of external service providers from a data protection perspective.
- ... coordinate data protection incidents, requests from affected individuals, and contact with the EDÖB.
- ... raise awareness and train employees, thereby strengthening a lived data protection culture.
- ... advise management and specialist departments and work closely with IT, information security, legal, and HR.
Your Profile | You…
- ... have a university degree in law, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in data protection/compliance.
- ... bring several years of experience in data protection and are familiar with DSG/DSV and, ideally, GDPR.
- ... have experience with DPIAs, supervisory authorities, and collaboration with IT and information security.
- ... understand technical protective measures and ideally have experience in transformation projects; knowledge of KVG is a plus.
- ... communicate very well in German and well in French and work carefully, solution-oriented, and appropriately for the audience.
