Our sales team advises our customers, develops solutions, and accompanies orders from the first inquiry to successful implementation. You lead the team, are responsible for sales targets, ensure a clean order processing, manage key customers, and optimize processes.
Your job? More than sales figures.
Responsibilities
- You lead and further develop the sales team of 17 employees.
- You are responsible for order intake, sales targets, and sustainable growth.
- You manage and further develop important key customers.
- You control the sales and quotation process and ensure a clean order processing in close collaboration with other teams.
- You optimize sales processes and structures and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.
What you bring:
- Several years of leadership experience as a sales manager in building technology or related fields.
- A completed training in the field of building technology.
- Competitive, inspiring, versatile, and systematic working style.
- Resilience as well as a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting.
- High service orientation and pronounced teamwork skills.
- Good IT user knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP systems an advantage).
