Your core focus is deep expertise in sourcing strategy: understanding decision models, trade-offs, and operating contexts, then turning that judgment into useful, repeatable services.You will also build trusted customer relationships, learn from real procurement challenges, and work with product, engineering, and the founding team to improve each service.Your responsibilitiesBring deep strategic sourcing expertise into service concepts, frameworks, and quality standardsIdentify recurring customer needs and turn them into scalable sourcing servicesLead or support customer conversations, discovery, and feedback on procurement decisionsBuild trusted relationships with procurement leaders, experts, and relevant partner networksWork with product and engineering to validate and continuously improve the servicesYour profileDeep, proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or management consultingStrong understanding of category strategy, decision-making, and procurement operating modelsCredibility with customers and experts, with the ability to build long-term relationshipsCommercial judgment, clear communication, and comfort working across business and technologyFluent English; German or another European language is a strong plusWhat we offerA partner role with direct responsibility for building services in your domainDirect influence on Visorway's service portfolio and customer relationshipsClose collaboration with founders, engineers, product leaders, customers, and domain expertsWork primarily from Technopark Zurich with limited hybrid flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
