Your area of responsibility
As a Construction Manager specialising in deep foundation engineering, you will independently and comprehensively manage demanding construction sites – from work preparation through execution to successful project completion. Your main area of deployment is the Bern region, but project-related assignments are possible throughout Switzerland.
Your tasks include in particular:
- Independent management, organisation and handling of special foundation engineering projects
- Ensuring an efficient, timely and cost-effective construction site process
- Ongoing monitoring of costs, services, deadlines and quality
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Conducting site meetings and actively representing the company to clients and project partners
- Accompanying the construction sites until acceptance, final billing and complete project handover
Your profile
You are an entrepreneurial personality with at least 5 years of professional experience in special foundation engineering and a fundamental, job-related education who wishes to apply their construction expertise in a future-oriented environment. You bring the following profile:
- Technical construction training, ideally in special foundation engineering
- Reliable, flexible, quality-conscious and punctual
- Experienced in dealing with clients and site management
- Quick, solution-oriented response to the requirements of the supervised construction sites
- Entrepreneurial and business management thinking
- Willingness to work in a supra-regional field of activity
