Your Responsibilities

You will accompany our B2B customers throughout the sales process, from telephone contact to online presentation, advice, negotiation, closing

Own the relationship with your closed customers, which include: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction

Serve as the internal voice of the customer and advocate for your client’s needs (services, support, product management, executive alignment)

Drive growth hacks end-to-end, meaning to test new channels, ICP, verticals, track, measure and present your finding to the founder team

Organize regular meetings and business reviews to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.

You strive for continuous improvement and will execute experiments to gain actionable insights and deduce outstanding, measurable impact
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

Proven experience and track record in sales or growth management

Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively

Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Can-do mentality and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools

Understanding of the talent and recruiting market is a plus

Fluency in German and English is required
