Your primary responsibilities include:

Assisting candidates in completing their profiles to enhance their potential for job matching

Providing interview coaching and ongoing support for candidates

Managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and analyzing large sets of data

Professional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
