Senior Media Buyer (m/f/d) - Meta Ads in Berlin

We are the number one dating affiliate business in the world, and this role sits at the center of it. You will run paid social for the dating vertical together with our media buying lead.

This is a creative-first role. Around 60% of your time goes into thinking up angles, writing advertorials and producing ads - because in a business without a product catalog, the creative is the product. The rest is buying, funnel building and automating redundant tasks.

This is not e-commerce: no stores, no catalogs, no supply constraints.

We are AI-native: using frontier models is how we produce and test at a volume a normal team cannot match, and we expect you to push that further than we have.

• Build the creative: ad angles, hooks, advertorials and full ad concepts - researched from the customer's problem, produced with your own hands and with AI, and shipped as a constant flow of tests.

• Own campaigns end to end on Meta: structure, budget allocation, scaling, account health and compliance - and you make the kill, keep or scale call yourself.

• Designcomplete funnels from scratch: pre-landers, advertorials and landing pages, AI-assisted, without waiting for a designer or a developer.

• Automate redundant tasks: creative variations, reporting, competitor monitoring and campaign routines, with Claude Code and agentic tooling as a daily driver, not as a gimmick.

• Ahead of the platform: you follow Meta algorithm and policy changes, test them before the market does, and share what you learn with the team.

• Launchnew channels: TikTok, YouTube Ads and/or other creative-heavy platforms, taken from zero to profitability.

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying in affiliate or direct-response lead generation - dating, adult, iGaming, nutra, sweepstakes, insurance or comparable.

• Built complete funnels - persona research, ad angle, advertorial, landing page - and not briefed them to someone else.

• Portfolio of ads you made yourself, with the spend and the results attached. We care far more about what you have built than about how long you have been doing it.

• AI-native: frontier models, Claude Code or Lovable, Higgsfield and comparable tools are how you work every day - and you can tell us where AI made your work better and where it made it worse.

• You always know your numbers and make data-driven decisions. Your taste is where a test starts, the data is what ends it.

• Autonomous: nobody tells you what to do, nobody approves your creative, and you prefer it that way.

• Speak and write fluent English. German or another market language is a plus, not a requirement.

• Optional: experience in TikTok or YouTube Ads.
