We have an immediate opening for a Company technician (m/f/o)

Job description:

• Carrying out minor repairs and small service work on the building technology and in-house equipment
• Inspection rounds of the building technology and in-house equipment
• Planning disposal procedures with coordination including documentation
• Carrying out maintenance work including documentation
• Inspection and functional testing of the building equipment
• Activities in a standby role when needed or as a proxy
• Involvement in moving/shifting work within the building
• Carrying out minor cleaning work

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in a craftsmanship and technical profession
• Good engineering acumen and dexterity
• High degree of readiness for action and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility, initiative and creativity
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Class C driving license
• Forklift and crane license
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team
• Hands-on mentality
