Job Summary:
- We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales/Solution Consultants to join our team in the UK and Frankfurt.
- As a Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and support the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and develop compelling solutions for core banking transformation deals.
- Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to showcase our technology offerings and address customer needs effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, providing consultative support to clients during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver customised product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to illustrate the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Understand customer pain points, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Assist in the creation of sales proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. MBA preferred but not mandatory 4-8 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role within the banking and financial services industry.
In depth knowledge and experience working with core banking transformation deals in large scale digital transformation programmes.
Techno-functional skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels, from mid to senior level executives to technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering successful solution presentations and demonstrations.
- Advanced MS Office suite skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
