Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support of the SAP HCM modules in the areas of PA, PE, OM, PKP, SAP ESS, SAP MSS, FITV as well as the focus areas PY-DE and PT

• Optimization and further development of customers' SAP HCM application landscapes as well as consulting in the area of the modules used.
  

• After initial training, independent assumption and execution of individual sub-projects or sub-tasks
  

• Customer support remotely or from home office and – if required – on-site at the customer's premises (max. approx. 20% travel activity)

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in SAP HCM modules (Junior) or at least 4 years (Senior)

• Solid practical experience in SAP HCM, especially in personnel administration (PA), payroll (PY-DE) and time and attendance (PT) including follow-up activities, schemes & cycles
  

• Consulting expertise in further modules such as OM, PE, PKP, ESS/MSS and FITV
  

• Interest in or experience with cloud topics such as SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll
  

• Ideally, knowledge of ABAP development methods
  

• Very good German skills; English skills desirable
  

• Willingness to travel nationwide up to approximately 20% to support own customers
