Tasks & Responsibilities

Handling diverse landscape planning projects: For example, landscape management plans, species protection assessments,
-
Studies on Natura 2000 / FFH compatibility, planning of ecological compensation measures
-
Development of nature conservation concepts such as biotope network plans and measures to promote biodiversity
-
Coordination of the implementation of ecological avoidance and Monitoring Compensatory measures, ecological construction supervision and monitoring
-
Conducting biotope structure mapping and species surveys
Requirements
-
A completed relevant degree in landscape planning, Environmental planning, landscape ecology, geoecology, biology or similar study program

Several years of professional experience in landscape planning from planning or...

Expert opinion, also happy to assist with the practical implementation of ecological measures, as well as vegetation science and animal ecology species knowledge

Practical professional experience in the development of water management concepts and Specialist planning including processing of water rights applications

Knowledge in the fields of water management, water protection, and aquatic ecology,

Hydrology or near-natural water engineering are advantageous.

Solution-oriented and independent work in an interdisciplinary environment assembled team

Dedicated demeanor and good communication skills

Proficient use of industry-standard software (QGIS, ArcGIS, MS Office)
