ABOUT US For our client we are currently filling the following position: VERTICAL MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/D) YOUR TASKS Applying TI's new digital naming structure across the product portfolio and marketing assets, and supporting the transition of customer-facing channels to the brand Developing the structure of the TI website, webpages and landing pages with intuitive navigation, relevant content and a consistent customer experience Creating customer-focused messaging and content, including webinars, presentations, brochures, articles, videos and social media activities for business leadership Planning and delivering integrated digital campaigns that explain the portfolio, demonstrate customer value and drive awareness, engagement and demand Developing high-impact reference stories and promoting them across multiple channels Preparing trade fairs, conferences and customer events, from messaging and content to digital promotion and lead follow-up alignment Collaborating closely with internal and external partners, subject matter experts and leaders to deliver high-quality assets on time Tracking relevant marketing and digital KPIs, recommending and implementing improvements, maintaining existing assets and ensuring compliance with brand, legal, accessibility and communications standard YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field Experience in B2B, digital or portfolio marketing, ideally in an industrial, technology, energy or engineering environment Hands-on experience in website and content management, integrated campaigns, social media, webinars, events and performance measurement Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear customer benefits and compelling content Solid project and stakeholder management skills, including in an international matrix organization with many contributors and competing priorities A structured, proactive and collaborative working style that combines customer focus, creativity, analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage BENEFITS An international working environment with close collaboration across teams, experts and leadership Flexible working arrangements, including options for remote work (2 - 3 days) Room for personal and professional development, with the freedom to bring in your own ideas and grow with the rol INTERESTED?
