Job Description: LEAN Specialist (m/w/d) at ZÜBLIN Düsseldorf

Location: ZÜBLIN Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Responsibilities:

1. Support the construction teams in implementing LEAN Construction principles and continuously develop new LEAN methods within our group.
2. Plan and conduct LEAN workshops on construction sites to create holistic construction processes along the value chain.
3. Manage construction progress transparently using digital takt control boards.
4. Assist in linking cross-departmental applications (BIM, LEAN, construction logistics, AV) for efficient, digital, and model-based construction process management.
5. Take responsibility for the ongoing improvement and optimization of our LEAN methodology and tools across projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager, project manager, or in a comparable role.
• Strong enthusiasm for LEAN, agile working methods, and other modern philosophies/methodologies.
• Willingness to travel within NRW.
• Passion for innovation, change, and process optimization.
• Confident and assertive demeanor with the ability to collaborate closely within a team.
