SPA Manager

• Administrative & Operational Management of the SPA Department
• Organization and coordination of daily SPA operations, including treatment rooms, saunas, pools, and fitness facilities
• Development and implementation of wellness concepts, services, packages, and pricing strategies
• Procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of cosmetic products, equipment, and other supplies
• Staff planning, including shift scheduling and vacation planning
• Team-oriented leadership, supervision, and training of staff
• Recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of new employees and trainees
• Active guest engagement and providing a warm and welcoming host experience
• Guest care and consultation to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay
• Handling guest requests and complaints, including complaint management
• Close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Budget planning, cost control, and revenue growth
• Preparation of reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as quality standards

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the SPA and wellness sector or an equivalent qualification
• Professional and leadership experience in a similar or deputy management position
• Passion for the job, reliability, and strong team spirit
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong service orientation, guest-focused approach, and conflict resolution skills
• High level of responsibility and accountability
• Professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance
