Responsibilities:
- You will continue to model, maintain, and develop business processes using SmartProcess
- You will develop, configure, and optimize automated workflows in SmartProcess
- You analyze and evaluate process interfaces, process dependencies, and process risks
- You are responsible for the central document management system CTT
- You advise managers and process owners on improvement initiatives as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial or technical training program
- You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner
- You are accustomed to working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
- You are willing to travel regularly within the CTT Division, including visits to the plants under your supervision for process documentation, training, coordination, and audit support
- You have knowledge of BPMN or are willing to familiarize yourself with BPMN standards (BPMN 2.0)
- You have good written and spoken English skills
