Habyt Greencube Vienna is a significant new construction project of a studio apartment hotel in Vienna, featuring a total of 319 fully furnished serviced studios with private bathrooms, many of which include balconies. The hotel will also offer 36 underground parking spaces and approximately 300 m² of communal areas on the ground floor with access to an inner courtyard. The opening is planned for the second quarter of 2026.
